Standing facing a wall. Use your right fingers to walk your arm up the wall until you feel a stretch at your shoulder. Keep the back straight and the head erect. Hold and repeat as advised by a physiotherapist at West Vancouver Sports and Orthopedic Physiotherapy.  Lower the arm by walking the fingers down the wall.
